We use only the finest ingredients in our pastries, including rich, aromatic cinnamon, fresh dairy, high-quality flour, and premium spices. Our commitment to quality ensures an unparalleled taste experience.
2. Are your products suitable for people with dietary restrictions?
We are in the process of developing further offerings that will cater for people with dietary resctrictions. Please let us know in our socials what are your preferences so that we can craft our products just for you.
3. How can I place an order?
You can easily place an order through our online store. Simply browse our collections, add your desired items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. We offer a secure and seamless online shopping experience.
4. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we offer shipping within the Christchurch City area. We are working on expanding our shipping options to include wider New Zealand destinations. However, if you are an international customer wishing to place an order for a loved one within our current shipping areas, you are most invited to place an order.
5. How is my order packaged?
All our pastries are carefully packaged in eco-friendly, industrially compostable packaging to ensure they arrive fresh and in perfect condition. Our packaging reflects our commitment to sustainability and protecting the environment. We will also continue developing our supplier relationships to improve our packaging to become home compostable.
6. Can I customize my order for special occasions?
Yes, we offer customization options for special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, and corporate events. Please contact our customer service team at contact@confectionersreverie.com to discuss your specific needs and we will be happy to accommodate your request.
7. What is the shelf life of your pastries?
Our pastries are best enjoyed fresh. However, they can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 day. We do not recommend storing our products for any longer as it will compromise it's freshness and flavour.
8. What is your return and refund policy?
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve any issues, including offering a replacement or refund if necessary.
9. How can I purchase a gift card?
Our luxury gift cards can be purchased directly from our website. They are available in various denominations and make the perfect gift for any gourmet enthusiast. The recipient can easily redeem the gift card online for their choice of our delicious pastries.
